A range of talking therapy, inner child, past life and energy work. This will help clear the emotions that you are holding onto from the past (this life and others), allow you to connect with your heart and remember your light.
GUIDANCE SESSION
90 mins - £60
A non-judgemental ear to listen as you share what is going on in your life and how you are feeling. I provide a safe space and help you connect with yourself to provide guidance on your best way forward.
PUBLIC SPEAKING
POC
Talks on spirituality, healing and our connection with the universe.
SHARING CIRCLES
2 hours
Regular gatherings where you can share your experiences with like minded people, whilst listening and holding space for others.
