Where Are You Now?

I spent Friday night with the legendary Gabrielle Bernstein. Watching her work that stage live in London, she was amazing! Her vibe is something else!

I have been a follower of Gabby's for years now. She was probably my biggest guide at the beginning of my spiritual journey. I read 'The Universe Has Your Back' and 'Judgement Detox' and they helped me change my mindset, which in turn helped me change my life. Gabby is a big inspiration for what I want to do in the future, so when I got the email from Hay House to say she was coming to the UK I knew I had to go.

What I didn't know is that I was actually going to get confirmation from the Universe that where I am and what I am doing in life is exactly right.

I was going down to see how Gabby works because I aspire to do similar work. But the things Gabby was saying to the room, most is what I already say to clients and students. I was nodding my head, thinking to myself "Yip, this is what I am doing". And that was what I learned from the evening... I am already doing this!

Gabby is by far doing it on a larger, worldwide scale, but I am doing it all the same. Her main message for me was "Believe that you are already doing something to achieve it". I don't have to try to belive it, because it's already happening.

The train journey home I was expecting to be writing and planning what I can do to make future things happen in my career, instead I sat there feeling content and satisfied that I am exactly where I am supposed to be. This is huge for me. I'm normally chasing success, as soon as one thing is achieved I'm planning the next. Constantly looking for the next thing to do. But I sat there on the train, reflecting on what I have achieved over the past few years in particular, and thinking about how I am now where I wanted to be.

I will always have goals and be aiming to reach higher, but I know so long as I continue trusting in the Universe and following my gut that everything will be taken care of.

The point in this blog is to get you to stop for a second. Stop thinking about what you are trying to achieve, where you want to be or who you want to be like. Just stop and look back. Reflect on what you have already achieved, what you have overcome in the past and look at where you are now from where you used to be.

Can you find any contentment in where you are?

Remember, there is nothing wrong with striving for better or more, so long as you are content and happy with where you are and what you already have.

"Thank you Higher Self and Universe for getting me to where I am today. I love it and welcome more."
